Our AI-powered task mining observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps. Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.

Part of your day-to-day

  • Administer and optimize tools like Jumpcloud, Remote/Deel, GSuite, Notion, various cloud services, and Slack to enhance productivity and collaboration across global teams.

  • Handle the liaising and management of company laptops, focusing on top-notch security measures, and implementing IT and InfoSec policies to safeguard information assets.

  • Streamline the processes for onboarding new employees and offboarding departing ones, ensuring efficient handling of IT resources and access rights.

  • Perform day-to-day network break/fix operations, with a focus on Layers 1–4 of the OSI model.

  • Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including logical and physical connectivity problems.

  • Support and configure network fundamentals such as routing, switching, IP services (remote access/desktop).

  • Provide support during technical network projects, including upgrades, deployments, and expansions.

  • Proactively contribute to problem-solving efforts within a collaborative team environment.

  • Document processes, issues, and best practices for team support and onboarding.

What you will bring

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a methodical troubleshooting approach.

  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, cybersecurity (bonus), and IT operations. Familiarity with managing cloud environments, SaaS applications, and endpoint security.

  • Exceptional at diagnosing issues, implementing solutions quickly, and preempting future IT challenges with innovative thinking.

  • Beginner to intermediate experience with network layer operations (Layers 1–4).

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of TCP/IP, network fundamentals, and network automation techniques.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments globally and convey complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Service-base mentality.

  • Access management experience and general platform configuration.

Bonus

  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects, ensuring IT initiatives support business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget (e.g. SSO w Jumpcloud).

  • Deep expertise with Windows or Mac OS.

  • Experience with IaC solutions - Terraform, Cloud formation.
