The Opportunity 

Join our dynamic User Experience team within the Digital Transformation & AI Business Unit, either in Nicosia or Limassol! We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy individual who is ready to kickstart their careers. As a key member of our team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional IT support and enhancing the user experience for our colleagues. Your Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary contact for first-level IT support issues, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance user satisfaction. 

  • Create and maintain engaging and informative user training materials to help colleagues maximize their use of technology tools.  

  • Promote IT security awareness among users and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 

  • Assist in selected second-level support tasks and participate in projects to gain deeper technical knowledge and experience. 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, treating them as internal clients to better understand their IT support needs and improve service delivery. 

  • Leverage advanced technologies such as Generative AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Virtual/Augmented Reality (VR/AR) to enhance communication, support, and overall user experience. 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements that increase efficiency and user satisfaction. 

 

What You Bring  

  • A University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required, demonstrating foundational knowledge in IT and technology. 

  • Previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage, but not mandatory.   

  • A strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and a proactive approach to tackling challenges, staying updated with the latest technological advancements. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional discipline to manage tasks efficiently 

  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems, identify solutions, and enhance IT support processes. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.  

  • Team oriented personality with high levels of collaboration.
