In a little over a year, the company has been selected for or awarded eight-figures of OTAs and other contracts across multiple services and DoD customers. Overland recently raised $32 million in a new Series A round, led by 8VC.

Role Summary: 
We’re looking for an outgoing and technically competent individual to join our enterprise operations team supporting our employees and IT infrastructure. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Administer MacOS, Windows, and Ubuntu Linux devices
  • Configure and troubleshoot laptops, workstations, servers, and mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions
  • Work in a small team to improve cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and device configurations
  • Set up and troubleshoot A/V equipment for meetings and presentations
  • Document solutions and maintain technical knowledge base 

Desired Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Strong technical background:  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience / technical certifications
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, ARP, WPA Wi-Fi standards, etc.)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with an ability to solve problems at the lowest level
  • Proficient with scripting and capable of deploying
  • Ability to lift more than 40 lbs.
  • Grit: You excel in a small-team atmosphere, taking ownership of problems and working with your colleagues to solve problems across disciplines.
  • Communication Skills: You listen attentively to team members experiencing device issues and can incorporate their needs into your troubleshooting plan
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
  • Ability to relocate to Seattle, WA.
