Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Review and analyze job applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial and technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and competencies.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with development teams and other relevant departments.
  • Manage the offer process, negotiate salary packages, and onboard new hires.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, including initial orientation and training.
  • Develop and implement training and professional development programs for IT staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Organize and coordinate team activities and events to strengthen organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Requirements
    • Experience from Entry Level to Associate.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience in managing the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
    • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or a similar role.
    • Deep understanding of technologies and roles in the IT field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workable, is a plus.
    • Experience with Notion and Google Drive.
    • Conversation level of English.
    • Availability to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10 am to 6 pm.
