Job Description

The role is responsible for managing multiple interrelated projects aimed at achieving strategic business and organizational objectives, often spanning different business units and support groups. This involves ensuring that program structures and management processes enable successful completion and integration of deliverables. The program manager and project manager must organize and execute projects consistently, managing cost, schedule, and performance while aligning program scope with business objectives. The role includes building credibility and communication with stakeholders, optimizing resources, and addressing issues systematically. Additionally, it involves defining program management processes, supporting schedule and budget management, setting quality standards, and providing centralized support for changes, risks, and issues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acts as the point of contact for the Artificial Intelligence Group (AIG) Programs and Projects and ensures allAI-related requirements, legal, commercial, and services requirements are continuously met by coordinating with internal and external support teams.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions, support,  and services according to the AI Group needs, objectives, and priorities.
• Responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among their constituent projects to the overall benefit of AI Group programs and Project for Globe. 
• Possess the knowledge and skills needed to be effective in the program, project, business, and/or government environments, and to make decisions that accomplish strategic objectives. 
• Establish within the program a support and strategic structure that will aid and govern the management of the AI Group Programs for Globe. 
• Overall Management of AI Group Programs covering Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality 
• Overall Management of Project Managers when assigned to the Program   
• Overall Delivery Governance for AI Group Programs 
• Strategy and Roadmap Building for AI Group Programs 
• Develop and maintain a strong strategic relationship with the executive and senior business leaders serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology.
• Conducts regular business reviews and creates scalable and effective processes and measures to establish best practices. Ensure transparency, consistency, and accountability are at the forefront of the shared services being defined, changed, and implemented.
• Possess the knowledge and skills needed to be effective in the program, project, business and/or government environments, and to make decisions that accomplish strategic objectives.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably 6 to 8 years of demonstrated experience working in Program and Project management capacity  
• Exposure to different engineering or IT equipment 
• Graduate of Engineering or I.T.-related course
• Preferably with Program or Project Management certifications
• Subject matter expert and highly proficient and knowledgeable across multiple vendors and technologies. 
• Knowledgeable on process best practices and process improvement principles
• Preferably with AI projects or knowledge exposure and/or experience
