Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our humanoid robot, Figure 02, is designed for commercial tasks and the home. We are based in San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It’s time to build.

We are looking for an IT professional to join the IT team at Figure, focusing on building out IT operations and processes across the company to meet technology and growth needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide troubleshooting and support as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing help desk support, resolving software and hardware problems, and assisting users with their technology needs. 
• Help with one or more of the core domains of the IT team: network management, system administration, SaaS management, security control administration, hardware management, or data management, 
• Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including endpoint devices (laptops, workstations, mobile devices), operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, software, and hardware
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
• Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
• Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as IT professional with a core competency (e.g., SaaS management, OS/device management, network management, system administration, security control administration, hardware management, data management) 
• Deep knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows, MacOS), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
• Experience with Google and Okta IDPs, as well as state of the art security architectures such as Zero Trust
• Experience managing Google Workspace 
• Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
• Strong creative and analytical thinking
• Record of professional education, certificates, or college degree in IT or adjacent fields 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $70,000 - $120,000 annually.

The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
