About Us

We're seeking our first IT Manager to build and lead our technology infrastructure from the ground up. As a founding member of our technology team, you'll have the unique opportunity to establish our IT foundation, processes, and culture while scaling alongside our growing startup.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Design and implement scalable IT infrastructure to support our rapid growth
  • Build robust security frameworks and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Set up monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery systems
  • Define IT policies, procedures, and best practices from scratch
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams
  • Develop IT roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth projections
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies that drive efficiency and competitive advantage
  • Manage IT budget and vendor relationships
  • Ensure technology decisions support our startup's agility and scalability needs
  • Establish helpdesk and user support processes
  • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding technology workflows
  • Oversee network administration, device management, and software licensing
  • Implement automation to reduce manual processes and improve reliability

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of IT experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of building IT infrastructure from early stages
  • Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
  • Proficiency with configuration management tools
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks
  • Experience with monitoring tools, ITSM platforms, and automation scripts
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving orientation with focus on scalable solutions
  • Experience managing competing priorities and limited resources
