Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to manage and optimize our internet devices and connections, ensuring seamless network performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Mac and Windows operating systems, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Optimize internet devices and connections to ensure efficient and secure network performance.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Perform regular system updates and backups.
Provide technical support across the company, both in person and remotely.
Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and service records.
Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system performance and security.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are preferred.
2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Proficiency in both Mac and Windows operating systems.
Strong understanding of network configurations, internet devices, and connection optimization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
