Our self-organised Digital Technology Accelerator team designs and develops pilot solutions in the fields of artificial intelligence and robotic process automation. In a highly varied environment, you will work closely with software developers and users and realise all steps from concept to implementation of digital solutions for the entire Hannover Re Group.

You can look forward to

  • you are always well informed and evaluate relevant new technologies for use within the Hannover Re Group
  • you are a strong implementer in all phases of creating innovative pilots: from conception and implementation to operation
  • you are communicative and coordinate pilot projects with internal customers as well as external service providers and suppliers
  • you are creative and develop tools, training courses and events to make our organisation fit for the use of innovative technologies

You come equipped with

  • you have studied (business) informatics with a specialisation in data science or something comparable
  • you have knowledge and practical experience in technologies such as machine learning, large language models, retrieval augmented generation or natural language processing as well as relevant knowledge of Python.
  • you are also familiar with cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure and AWS), container applications (Docker, Kubernetes) and the development and provision of APIs
  • you speak German at a conversational level and English at a business fluent level 
  • you can organise your tasks independently and coordinate with other team members
