Provide clients with a unique business perspective on how analytics can transform and improve their entire organization - starting with key business issues they face. The visualization developer manager works to design and deliver front-end data products to clients. Design and wireframe solutions based on business requirements, implement technical designs on a visual platform, document visual solutions for better usability, and enhance solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
As a visualization developer manager, build optimized solutions that satisfy end-user requirements based upon a good understanding of both technical and business requirements. Build out complex front-end designs on large data platforms that will guide business decisions based on a firm understanding of both business and data fundamentals. Analyze server performance to ensure usability, apply security protocols as required to protect data integrity, apply design thinking to ensure a high-level of UI/UX standards and schedule extract refreshes to align with data table refreshes or create scripts that automate data pipelines. Build out end user documentation and conduct training sessions and/or create guides to enhance user engagement with the product.
Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Data Analytics/Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience or a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Data Analytics/Science, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of experience.
Must have 4 years in one or a combination of professional services and/or consulting experience.
Must have 4 years of business-facing experience/stakeholder management.
Must have 4 years of experience working with one or a combination of Power BI and/or Tableau.
Must have 2 years of experience working with SQL.
Must have 2 years of experience in one or a combination of design thinking and/or data architecture principles.
Must have 4 years of experience analyzing large enterprise level data sets.
Must have 4 years in one or a combination of customer and/or web data analytics experience.
Must have 3 years of data management and data pipeline experience.
Must have 2 years of experience working in Agile with work management tools including one or a combination of JIRA and/or similar management tool.
Must have 2 years of experience writing technical documentation with tools including one or a combination of Confluence and/or similar documentation tool.
Must have 1 year of applied use of Statistics, including one or a combination of A/B testing, t-tests and/or regression modeling.
Must be willing to travel approximately 80% of the time, of which 10% may be international, to meet client needs.
