We share a passion for well-crafted digital experiences, we have worked on digital products in different scaleups and decided to start Zefi to help companies collect and process scattered information to extract Product Insights and prioritize what to build next with confidence.

The ultimate goal is to make companies more product-centric, making them focus on the product improvements that matter most, and radically change the way digital products are built.

What you'll achieve:

• Design, implement, and scale innovative data solutions that enhance our data processing capabilities and analytics needs.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights that drive our clients’ product strategies, powering and facilitating in-depth analysis and reporting.
• Take ownership of building, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy and availability of the data pipelines.
• Work closely with the founding team to develop a data roadmap that aligns with our strategic objectives.

About you:

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Math, Physics, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic experience in data modeling and building data pipelines
• You have the right to work from a European country

Preferred qualifications:

• Basic experience in data processing and storage technologies like AWS/S3/HDFS, Iceberg, Parquet, DynamoDB, Python/Scala, SQL, Spark, Airflow.
• Basic experience in ETL processes, data governance, and designing schemas optimized for performance.
• Background in distributed data processing or software engineering of data services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions in relation to business objectives and vice versa.
• Keen to work with cross-functional teams to refine our data models and support business decisions.
