Internship - Generative AI Engineer in Corporate Actions – (6 months)

You will integrate the Corporate Actions development team within the Technology and Operations Unit based in Geneva. The members of this team provide our Operational teams with products allowing them to handle corporate actions. The goal of this internship is to provide an AI assistant tool able to summarize, extract data and follow up on corporate action prospectus.

YOUR ROLE

  • Experimentation with artificial intelligence (AI) models to build a tool able to summarize the content of a PDF or Word document with relevant information such as deadlines, custodian address, instrument ISIN code, eligible options and appendix.

  • Active collaboration with teams and improvement of AI solutions based on their user feedback.

  • Technology watch on cutting-edge AI solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Graduated (or currently pursuing a degree) in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.

  • Proficiency in commonly used libraries for AI and Machine Learning.

  • Knowledge of topics related to Generative AI (e.g., LLMs), and practical experience in designing generative systems (e.g., Retrieval Augmented Generation).

  • Data Analysis, ability to extract actionable insights.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to take ownership of tasks from the beginning through to conclusion.

  • Meticulous, proactive and able to multi-task.

  • Proficient in English and Fluent in French.

  • Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
