WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In the Digitalization & Business Processes Nutrition & Health unit, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic and proactive students to join us in advancing the AI transformation journey within our division. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within a dynamic corporate environment, supported by a motivated and collaborative team.

  • As part of your responsibilities, you collaborate closely with our program manager to effectively prioritize and implement AI initiatives.
  • Your involvement extends to change management and enablement activities, where you play a pivotal role in planning and facilitating initiatives that drive organizational change.
  • A key aspect of this position involves ensuring that communication regarding changes is clear and effective throughout the organization.
  • You have the chance to contribute by creating essential communication and training materials, which may include intranet pages, engaging presentations and informative learning snippets designed to enhance understanding and engagement among team members.
  • Moreover, you assist the program manager in coordinating and monitoring the prioritization and execution of various initiatives, ensuring that projects stay on track and align with our strategic goals. 
  • Your contributions are invaluable as we navigate this transformative journey together.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • enrolled student in business administration, information technology, psychology or a related field
  • strong interest in project management, change management and communication
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • an open-minded and interested personality
  • open to offer a bachelor or master thesis, e.g. developing a framework to assess the adoption and impact of AI initiatives
