The Position
The group processes data & Analytics team is part of the Business Domain group processes within the Integrated IT organisation of Roche, with a multicultural, dynamic amd ambitious team co-creating innovative data & Analytics solutions with their customers in the group business functions striving for excellence and improved efficiencies.
You will work with us on high-value Analytical use cases while exploring new technical approaches to further simplify & speed up our delivery, while ensuring it is sustainable.You provide advice and consulting support to our key business stakeholders and show them value with quick demos and proof-of-values to answer business questions. You will interact with various stakeholders and business partners across multiple functional organizations to better understand their business problems, processes, data flows and priorities to deliver their analytical needs & requirements by collaborating with various IT teams.
We are seeking highly motivated students with a passion in Analytics and AI and ideally also a background in business administration ( Finance, Procurement) or Legal.
You will be able to access and assess cutting-edge technologies and work with experts in the business for transformative solutions.
You will act as a scrum master or agile coach to squads as needed and plan implementation and execution of data initiatives
You understand Business requirements (Finance, procurement, Legal, others) and processes and translating them into a platform specific solution and system design (technology independent), effectively bridging between business and IT You engage with interested parties within the company, verify business use cases and provide expert consultancy
Your Profile
We are looking for highly motivated, creative and independent students who are excited about working in a dynamic team aiming at pushing frontiers.
You have a Master Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent degree and/or experience with specialization in machine learning/data mining and experiences with data and statistical languages/tools such as SQL, R, Python as well as visualization tools like Tableau or similar to communicate the results effectively to the non-technical audience.
You exhibit strong business partnering, communication and collaboration skills with a lean-agile, entrepreneurial mindset.
You have background knowledge in business administration ( Finance, Procurement) or Legal.
Language requirements: English is must, German is good to have.
