What to expect

• #Agile Methods: Experience agile ways of working first-hand with Scrum and Kanban, daily stand-ups, and work with JIRA and Confluence
• #Artificial Intelligence: Actively contribute to the AI & Customer Intelligence Lab’s flagship project “Turing” (Agent Buddy, Translation, Aura Bot, Contact Form) and support documentation, testing and analysis of use cases; take part in sprints, refinements and retrospectives
• #Process Mining: Explore topics such as process mining and personalisation and gain insight into innovation initiatives like SIKAS
• #Project Work: Develop your own mini-project and present it at the end of the internship
• #Cross-functional Experience: Shadow neighbouring teams in Systems and Innovation and attend team jour-fixes, all-hands and optional events such as AI Talk or Innovation Forum
• #Mentoring: Join weekly mentor check-ins to reflect on your learning progress
• #Learning Environment: Gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, international team and expand your understanding of AI and customer experience innovation

What you bring

• Current studies in #Mathematical Engineering & Artificial Intelligence (2nd semester or higher) with solid grounding in statistics, linear algebra and machinelearning
• First experience with #ML models and #data visualisation (Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent language skills: #Spanish (native), #English (C1) and #German (B2 or above) for work in our international team
• Strong #analytical thinking, passion for technological innovation and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Team spirit, initiative and curiosity for conversational #AI, #process mining and #customer experience
• Availability for a full-time internship during the stated period
