Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members, including full stack developers and AI specialists, to design intuitive chatbot interfaces

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design ideas and concepts

• Conduct basic user research to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

• Ensure the chatbot interface is responsive and accessible across various devices

• Assist in testing and refining the chatbot's design based on user feedback

• Contribute to maintaining consistency in design elements across the application

Qualifications:

• Diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus

• Creative problem-solving skills and a strong user-centric approach

• Good communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with a team
