Key Responsibilities

  • Increase adoption: Training, ensure staff is trained on how to pitch Tabby, how to utilize it towards achieving their targets, and how the different products work
  • Increase transactions: Collaterals, ensure collaterals are displayed in various points within the store, properly. Ensure the formats are up-to-date, and ensure none of the materials are damaged
  • Brand satisfaction: Ensure problems are solved, issues are tended to, be a point of contact for brand managers/owners for any in-store inquiries that may come up
  • Build and maintain relationships: Make sure you are a point of reference for decision-makers, share useful updates and information with them, be their ally in Tabby for all in-store matters
  • Optimize performance: Think outside the box, come up with different ideas and plans to help brands grow with Tabby, do some research and experiment with the brands 
  • Brand participation: Ensure brands are participating in Tabby wide initiatives for growth and marketing
  • Brand reactivation: Maintain the churned merchants pipeline, ensuring their issues are resolved and that they are reactivated and transacting once again
  • Reporting: Create clear reports and dashboards to ensure the stakeholders are properly informed and updated with what is happening on ground, always stay on top of your pipeline

  • Overall GMV growth
  • Overall transactions growth
  • Proper in-store hygiene
  • Visits, and sharing feedback with the respective AM
  • Action plans
  • Overall brand activations and reactivations
  • Collaboration with Marketing team + proposing ideas for marketing initiatives
