After successfully securing PE investment to fuel our ongoing growth and to further invest in our AI products, we are delighted to have launched our new hub Belfast and are looking for an Implementation Manager with data migration/ software configuration and upgrade experience to join us in our Professional Services Team.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Professional Services. As part of Professional Services, we help our clients right from the exploration phase through to the transition into BAU. 

About the Role

End to end leadership of wide scale, complex client projects. As an expert you will work closely with Clients and internal Napier team. You will strike the right balance between championing the Clients’ needs as well as promoting best industry and Napier practice. There is direct commercial responsibility and maintaining governance and project rigour is equally important as delivering to Client satisfaction. 

The role offers considerable experience to grow in the compliance and risk domain, implementing leading edge technology and gaining deep understanding of regulatory obligations. 

About You

You will have demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex product implementation tied to data integration with SaaS applications in a Cloud or on-premise deployment. You will be a confident communicator and strong stakeholder manager. Used to managing a range of Client-side stakeholders through the project delivery process, you will be able to ask the right questions, to help Clients and their teams solve problems and clear bottlenecks and barriers, to keep the implementation on track.  You will possess a problem solving mindset and be able to leverage your experience to anticipate risks and Client needs. You will have previously worked as a project manager and have experience of total IT implementations in UK/Europe for large, complex Tier 1 organisations.

• Project initiation and full lifecycle in a professional services environment
• Project commercials and delivery governance
• Ability to face into client/stakeholder – governance, steering, simplify the complexities
• Ability to face into own organisation and coordinate across multiple functions
• SaaS software & cloud infrastructure deployments
• Project management methodologies / agile delivery methodologies
• Managing projects concurrently (3-5)
• Manage resource allocation with strong commercial and business acumen
• Work in a fast paced/ lean environment
