Description

Who are we looking for?

We seek a technical-orientated, out-of-the-box thinking Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services group.

What will you be doing?

Design and execute the technical implementation of clients' catalogs.
Customize client configuration to meet business needs and KPIs.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolution to the Syte Support Team.
Work closely with and advise our Professional Services Engineers regarding catalog implementation solutions.
Take an active role in improving and optimizing Syte’s AI model to meet client needs.

What will you need?

Up to 2 years in implementation/configuration/technical support roles
Technical background or related degree (C.S, Engineering)
Fluent English - verbal and written
Basic scripting and coding skills - Advantage
Familiarity with Excel, SQL - Advantage
