We are looking for a Hub Support Partner to join our People team to be responsible for our employees in Georgia and Armenia. 

Key Responsibilities

Manage the pre-onboarding, post-boarding and off boarding
  • Purchases flight tickets, books accomodation, purchase devices
  • Ensures all the documentation relevant to the country of residence is completed
  • Ensures the employee enrollment into relevant country activities - coworking/chat channels
  • Coordinates the return of equipment in case of off boarding
Legalization and Employment
  • Advises current employees on possible relocation options
  • Coordinates communication between the employee and the agency
  • Consults employees over documents and local labor laws
  • Assists employees in obtaining documents necessary to get employment or for legalization
  • Keeps the employee relocation list up to date
  • Keeps track of the employee's relocation budget
Day to day Queries/policies
  • Issues certificates for employees on request (employee confirmation, salary certificate, etc)
  • Assists on employees business trips conduction
  • Searches for and maintains a comfortable environment in the hub office
Engagement
  • On request, People Partners provides information on local holidays and celebrations
  • Searches for contractors, venues and other things needed to organize the event
  • Coordinates the event in the location under their supervision
  • Resolves emerging issues on the ground
  • Acts as a Culture representative on the ground and supports all the events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven Experience in a similar position in a faced-past environment
  • Proven experience with relocation process requested
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage many topics at the same time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
