Position Overview

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst supports and maintains systems used by the Human Capital department. This person is responsible for reporting, accuracy of data integration, and maintenance of employee information housed within our various systems. This position will report to the HRIS Director, and a part of a larger Information Technology team.

 Primary responsibilities include:

  • Provide production support for all HR systems and related integrations; this includes Workday, Greenhouse, Enboarder, ADP and custom applications;
  • Maintain quality and consistency of HRIS information;
  • Maintain/configure existing and new business processes;
  • Support internal and external audits;
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies;
  • Create custom reports – Advanced, Matrix and Composite;
  • Support Human Capital on all IT application related issues / questions;
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday, Greenhouse and Enboarder best practices;
  • Research, enable, and configure product enhancements after each major release;
  • Document HCM business processes and impact on the organization.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Human Resource Management required, Master’s desirable;
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR systems support – Workday experience required, Greenhouse preferred;
  • Knowledge of various computerized information process flows and impact between applications including, but not limited to: Benefits, Human Resources, Recruiting, Learning and Professional Development, Payroll, Finance, legacy systems, home-grown applications as well as laws and regulations relating to HR, Benefits and Payroll;
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, procedures, and operations; system design – specifically object-oriented and relational database; Microsoft Office applications;
  • Ability to identify and resolve HRIS issues, concerns, and problems;
  • Clear communication skills, ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing using language understandable to management and staff;
  • Work effectively with vendors, clients, users, management, independently and follow through on assignments;
  • Acquire subject matter expertise in the functions and activities of the department, including applicable laws, rules, regulations, procedures, and technical operations;
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of extremely sensitive employee data and Personal Health Information.

Work Location Flexibility

CRA creates a work environment that enables our colleagues to benefit from being together in the office to best deliver on our promise of career growth, mentorship and inclusivity. At the same time, we recognize that individuals realize a range of benefits when working from home periodically. We currently ask that individuals spend 3 to 4 days a week on average working in the office (which may include traveling to another CRA office or to a client's location), with specific days determined in coordination with your practice or team. At certain times of the year (e.g. holiday periods), additional remote work options are offered to those whose work commitments permit it, although our offices remain open for those who choose or need to be there.
