About the Role:
The HR Section Head will lead talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR strategy implementation. This leadership role focuses on aligning HR goals with business objectives to foster a productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee organizational development and talent acquisition efforts.
• Develop and execute HR strategies to meet company objectives.
• Design and implement policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business-oriented HR solutions.
• Monitor HR metrics and suggest improvement strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in HR with expertise in OD and talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Fluent English.
