Requirement :
We are seeking a Human Capital professional with 5 to 6 years of experience, specializing in background verification and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end background check management, compliance, and onboarding. This role also involves supporting broader Human Capital functions, including employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Background Verification :
Manage the entire background check process, collaborating with vendors and the hiring team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Address discrepancies found during checks and resolve them appropriately.
Onboarding :
Complete necessary checks before onboarding, ensuring a smooth process for new hires and existing employees as necessary.
Compliance
Assist with policy implementation, facing BGV & compliance audits, and maintaining Human Capital records.
Continuous Improvement
Manage BGV data and utilize data insights to refine Human Capital processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in human Capital or related field.
5 to 6 years of experience in Human Capital with 2 to 4 years of experience in background verification and onboarding.
Strong understanding of compliance and Human Capital best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
