The HR Operations Analyst will be responsible for:
The HR Operations Analyst focuses on analyzing and improving HR processes by collecting, managing, and interpreting
HR data. They ensure the accuracy and efficiency of HR operations, create and maintain HR documentation, and provide actionable insights to improve policies, compliance, and workforce planning.
Required Skills
Hard/technical skills:
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
HRIS systems.
Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Advanced English proficiency
Soft skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
