We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Operations to join our Talent Hub team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh MBA graduates specializing in Human Resources or related disciplines who are keen to kickstart their careers in HR. The role offers comprehensive exposure to HR operations, talent management, and strategic projects, preparing you for leadership roles in HR.
What You’ll Do
Craft Employee Lifecycle Journeys
Onboarding & Induction:
Create a 30-60-90 day Onboarding Journey
Assist in coordinating onboarding activities, HR orientation sessions, and introducing new employees to company policies and culture.
Support the seamless integration of new hires into their roles.
Employee engagement
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities like team-building events, wellness programs, and celebratory occasions.
Monitor and improve employee engagement through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Learning & Development:
Coordinate training sessions, track participation, and gather feedback for program improvement.
Help identify learning needs and recommend training programs.
Exit Journey:
Assist in managing the exit process, pre and post exit.
Analyze feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
HR Operations:
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
Support payroll, attendance, and benefits administration processes.
Recruitment Support:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
Contribute to employer branding and job marketing efforts.
HR Strategy Support:
Contribute to initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, succession planning, and organizational restructuring.
Conduct research to provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements
Education: Fresh MBA graduate specializing in Human Resources or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of local labour legislation.

Qualifications

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
