This position will play a vital role in building the organization and supporting various HR, Accounting and GA functions. The ideal candidate should have working basic HR and Accounting knowledge, good organizational skills and proactive approach, can-do attitude and passion for working with people in a multinational environment.
Responsibilities
Support various HR and accounting-related administrative matters
Overseeing office and General Affairs administration
Shaping company culture and building positive employee’ experience among the team
Support expense settlements and accounting/treasury
Cooperate with the external providers on HR, office & accounting activities
Coordinate with 42dot HQ to align with company HR/Finance processes and guidelines
Promote company culture and taking care of employee experience in the Polish branch
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR or office administration roles in international companies
Understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Proactive and enthusiastic approach
Strong attention to details
Fluency in English and Polish
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of basic Polish labor law and regulations
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
