Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with over 12 years of professional expertise in managing and developing human resources. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our people strategy, driving HR initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous development, engagement, and inclusivity.
Roles & Responsibilities :
People Development:
Lead initiatives to develop employees at all levels through mentoring, training programs, career development planning, and performance management.
Create and manage leadership development programs to prepare high-potential employees for future roles.
Oversee the implementation of employee engagement activities and foster a positive work culture.
HR Strategy & Operations:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Lead workforce planning and succession planning processes.
Talent Management:
Develop retention strategies and programs to reduce turnover and increase employee satisfaction.
Drive performance management processes, including employee feedback, and corrective actions.
Employee Relations:
Provide guidance and resolution in employee relations matters such as grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion across the organization.
Key Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in HR management roles.
Proven experience in people development, employee relations, and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work strategically while managing tactical execution of HR processes.
Candidate must have experience working in software industry and experience in growing and managing virtual teams.
