Responsibilities 🤓
- Employee Journey: assisting employees in their onboarding and offboarding process using BambooHR, administrative processes, personal files, equipment, medical care, and others.- Cultural Initiatives: collaborate and assist on internal initiatives to improve our culture: company’s benefits, events, annual trips, etc.- People Data: ensure the correct loading and maintenance of data in our data tools (e.g. BambooHR, Appsmith, Power BI, etc) to feed our area with just-in-time information, predictions, and continue on the path towards People Data Driven.- Internal Communication: collaborate with internal communications (Muttversary & birthday flyers, Slack messages).
Required Skills 💻
- Advanced student in Human Resources/Labor Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related career.Intermediate English skills.- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.- Effective communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. Demonstrated ability to act with empathy and kindness.- Open team player.
Nice to Have 😉
- Experience in a similar position.- Being an Excel and/or Google Sheets friendly user.
