About the Role
We are seeking an HR Generalist to provide support to our Data Organization on the engineering side. You will be supporting fast grow, dynamic business groups, overlooking cyclical HR programs, improving existing processes and procedures while collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the HRBP to support the overall business strategy by helping to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, cultures, structures, and processes through operational delivery.
- Delivers people reporting with data analysis on key activities such as engagement, turnover, and well-being themes with actions and follow-up.
- Assist in employee life cycle operations, such as domestic and international transfers, and relocations. This includes proposing compensation packages, aligning with department HRBP, leading communications with employees, leaders, and department HRBPs, among other tasks.
- Act as the point of contact for US local HRBP to collaborate with cross-functional partners, and department HRBPs to drive US key initiatives, such as RTO.
- Serve as the US local HRBP POC to collaborate with Immigration to enhance overall Immigration service levels and efficiency. This involves acting as a one-stop-shop for HRBPs, leaders, and employees regarding current immigration resources/policies, managing visa quotas, etc.
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics.
- Collaborate with OC to expedite Data US site culture building efforts.
- Address employees' and managers' questions regarding existing policies or resources.
