We are looking for a dynamic and well-rounded HR Generalist to support key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations (ER), HR operations/admin, and organizational development (OD). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, foster a positive work environment, and contribute to the company’s growth through people-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding


Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.

Ensure a seamless onboarding and orientation experience for new employees.

2. Employee Relations (ER)

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and conflict resolution.

Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and communication.

Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values and labor laws.

3. HR Operations & Administration

Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files.

Prepare contracts, offer letters, disciplinary letters, and HR-related reports.

Support payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.

4. Organizational Development (OD)

Assist in designing and implementing OD initiatives that support company goals.

Contribute to change management, culture development, and performance improvement projects.

Support talent development plans, training needs analysis, and succession planning efforts.

Collaborate with departments to align structures, roles, and processes for optimal performance.

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

Ensure company HR policies and procedures are clearly communicated and implemented.

Monitor HR compliance with local labor laws.

Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.

Exposure to organizational development practices is preferred.

Strong knowledge of labor law, HR processes, and employee lifecycle.

Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
