Job Title: HR Business Partner Supervisor

Scope:
As an HR Business Partner Supervisor, you will provide strategic and operational HR support for factory operations. This role focuses on fostering employee engagement, optimizing workforce efficiency, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. You will partner with managers and supervisors to address HR challenges, drive performance, and implement policies that enhance operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Policy Implementation:

  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to integrate HR strategies into factory operations.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as the primary HR contact for factory employees, addressing concerns and grievances.
  • Mediate employee-management conflicts and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to identify and resolve workplace issues.

Workforce Management:

  • Partner with hiring managers to recruit, select, and onboard operational staff.
  • Oversee workforce planning to ensure labor levels meet production demands.
  • Support talent planning and implement retention strategies for key employees.

Performance Management:

  • Drive performance evaluation processes, including goal setting and improvement plans.
  • Coach managers on addressing performance gaps and implementing effective feedback techniques.

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in workforce productivity.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing labor costs and improving retention.

Change Management:

  • Support organizational changes such as process improvements and operational shifts.
  • Ensure smooth communication and implementation of new initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Males only.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and data analysis to support workforce decisions.
