Job Title: HR Business Partner
Scope: As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a strategic liaison between management and employees within specific business units, ensuring that HR initiatives support overall organizational goals. You will provide expert advice on talent management, employee relations, and performance optimization while driving engagement, retention, and leadership development programs. By understanding the business’s needs, you will design and implement tailored HR strategies that create a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Development:
- Support managers in identifying high-potential employees and developing growth plans.
- Assist in performance reviews and calibration sessions.
- Help drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
Strategic HR Alignment:
- Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Contribute to workforce planning and organizational structure optimization.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, acting as a reliable point of contact.
- Mediate employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Implement engagement activities that encourage open communication and positive morale.
Performance Management:
- Guide managers in setting and reviewing performance objectives.
- Support a culture of feedback, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate with Learning & Development teams.
- Encourage leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
HR Metrics & Reporting

Review HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement levels) and identify trends.
- Present insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits Support:

Work with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure fair and competitive packages.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advise on improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Approximately 2–3 years of HR experience, covering areas like talent management, employee relations, and HR operations.
Basic knowledge of local labor laws, HR standards, and best practices.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
