Interview Process

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support daily HR operations to ensure efficiency and timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including drafting key HR documents and letters of recommendation.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including screening, and first level line ups and timely closures.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records in the HR system, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation for HR activities, addressing employee queries in line with company policies.
  • Resolve employee grievances both formally and informally, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate and execute HR projects, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives, including celebrations and events.
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as vendor coordination, office procurement, and purchasing requirements.
  • Utilize HRMS systems effectively to streamline HR operations and processes.
  • Willingness to take on diverse HR tasks as assigned, based on organizational requirements and priorities.



Education & Experience

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in various HR domains preferably in IT start-up.
