Responsibilities
Oversee and support daily HR operations to ensure efficiency and timely resolution of issues.
Provide administrative assistance, including drafting key HR documents and letters of recommendation.
Manage recruitment processes, including screening, and first level line ups and timely closures.
Maintain and update accurate employee records in the HR system, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation for HR activities, addressing employee queries in line with company policies.
Resolve employee grievances both formally and informally, fostering a positive work environment.
Coordinate and execute HR projects, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives, including celebrations and events.
Manage administrative tasks, such as vendor coordination, office procurement, and purchasing requirements.
Utilize HRMS systems effectively to streamline HR operations and processes.
Willingness to take on diverse HR tasks as assigned, based on organizational requirements and priorities.
Education & Experience
MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in various HR domains preferably in IT start-up.
