We're looking for a HR and Vibe Manager who can implement systems for our fast-scaling teams and foster our unique culture and values. This role is essential for maintaining our growth trajectory and ensuring our team remains motivated and aligned with our mission. You'll work closely with our founders and leadership team to build and nurture a high-performance environment.

Implementing HR systems and processes to support our fast-scaling teams.
Developing and nurturing our unique culture and values.
Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
Collaborating with our leadership team to drive strategic HR initiatives.
Ensuring our HR practices align with our growth goals and company values.
Overseeing employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
We work hybrid, as we place value on in-person culture. We work 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday). You can work all week in the office if you like!
Relevance AI has our flagship HQ in Sydney (Surry Hills) and another office in San Francisco.
