AltScore is seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition & Development to lead the evolution of our talent strategy in this pivotal role. You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent to support AltScore’s growth, with a clear focus on building scalable teams that drive 5x ARR growth over the next 18 months. Working closely with the executive team, you will design and implement the systems that power our high-performance culture, ensuring we remain lean and efficient while scaling 3x in people.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in systems engineering or consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain) who has experience building scalable processes and high-performing, lean teams. The right candidate will bring a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution to develop efficient systems that fuel growth, especially in revenue-driving roles across sales, product, and customer success.
