Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement product strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept through to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with client needs and market trends.
• Drive market analysis and competitive research to make informed decisions.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and designers.
• Ensure continuous improvement and innovation in the product development process.

Product Management and Strategy

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Evaluate and prioritise product opportunities based on market demand, technology trends, and business potential.
• Ensure product offerings are competitive and meet customer needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the IT sector.
• Proven track record in leading product teams and managing a product portfolio.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, cloud services, and innovation in technology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
