Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with 3+ years in AI, SaaS, or enterprise platforms

• Proven experience leading cross-functional product teams from concept to launch

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, especially conversational AI and voice interfaces

• Ability to define and execute product vision aligned with business goals

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Willingness to work 6 days a week from the Pune office until the Bangalore office is established

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for CozmoX's AI employee platform

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to deliver product features

• Engage with customers to gather feedback and iterate on product offerings

• Monitor market trends and competitor products to inform strategy

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs

• Mentor and lead a team of product managers and designers

Location: Pune (initially mandatory), option to relocate to Bangalore once the office is established
