Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent across all departments.
Employee Experience: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction and well-being.
Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems and provide ongoing feedback to support employee development and growth.
Compensation & Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Organizational Development: Drive initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, including team building, leadership development, and succession planning.
HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and compliance.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a scaling tech startup environment
Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
