  • Austin, our CTO, holds a Bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science from Stanford and spent 4 years as a senior software engineer building Blend.
  • Françoise, our co-CEO, brings extensive experience in supply chain, operations, strategy and branding from companies such as Tesla, L´Oréal, LVMH and Walmart

Key Responsibilities

Role SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director focused on growth and lead generation to join our team. This role is key in driving our B2B SaaS marketing strategy, targeting large enterprises involved in complex logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both inbound and outbound marketing strategies, with a proven track record of generating leads and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & Execution:   - Develop and implement inbound and outbound marketing strategies.    - Identify and target specific potential users in large enterprises, focusing on their unique needs and pain points.
2. Lead Generation & Growth:   - Drive lead generation efforts through content marketing, SEO, webinars, customer testimonials, and other channels.    - Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness.   - Continuously experiment, develop and optimize new customer acquisition channels
3. Content Development & Distribution:   - Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and more.   - Ensure consistent and strategic distribution of content across various channels to maximize reach and engagement.
4. Brand Positioning:   - Strengthen Auba's brand positioning in the market, highlighting our unique value propositions.   - Launch rebranding

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in B2B SaaS and enterprise solutions.- Experience working in a startup environment- Expertise in inbound and outbound marketing strategies, with a strong track record of lead generation.- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.- Ideally fluent in English and Spanish
