The Head of Investor Relations will be responsible for positioning Tabby effectively with institutional investors, managing capital markets interactions, and ensuring our story is well understood. This person needs to be a confident communicator who can champion Tabby’s story to investors, securing trust and capital while also driving strategic financial deals.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations & Capital Markets
Develop and execute a global IR strategy to position Tabby strongly with investors.
Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and market participants.
Lead investor roadshows, earnings calls, and financial presentations, effectively communicating Tabby’s growth, product vision, and financial strength.
Ensure compliance with listing requirements and best practices as Tabby prepares for a public listing.
Handle investor inquiries and craft compelling messaging for the investment community.
Collaborate with investment banks, brokers, and legal firms to enhance market positioning.
Commercial & Strategic Finance
Drive commercial negotiations with financial partners, including legal firms, auditors, and brokers.
Assess capital markets opportunities, investor sentiment, and funding sources to support financial strategy.
Monitor global financial instruments, exchanges, and investor trends to align with growth ambitions.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 6-10 years in investment banking, equity research, or investor relations within tech, fintech, or high-growth companies.
Preferred Background: Strong financial expertise, with a preference for ex-bankers or tech analysts.
Capital Markets Knowledge: Solid understanding of IPOs, global financial markets, and capital raising. Regional investor experience is a plus.
Product & Financial Fluency: Able to clearly explain Tabby’s product, technology, and financials to investors.
Persuasive & Deal-Driven: A confident, engaging communicator who can independently represent Tabby to global investors while also structuring and closing strategic financial deals.
Innovative & Adaptable: A fast-moving professional who understands financial technology and thrives in high-growth, investor-facing environments.
