Your role
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership and Market Expansion:Improve the business strategy for Germany, DACH, and potentially Europe with the C-Level team.Drive market growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Monitor market trends and competitors to guide strategic decisions.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and regulators.Sales and Marketing:Oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to meet our ambitious revenue targets.Guide and support the sales team in managing the sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals.Operations Management:Supervise day-to-day operations such as customer inquiries, invoicing, product feedback and more to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.Implement and monitor KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.Team Building and Leadership:Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing local team in Berlin.Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team performance.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.Serve as an escalation point for key accounts, addressing issues through the local team.Ensure customer feedback is gathered and analyzed to improve products and services.Reporting and Communication:Prepare and present reports on market performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior executives.Ensure clear and effective communication between the German team and global headquarters.Maintain up-to-date documentation of all business activities and decisions.
Your profile
Experience: Proven experience as a Country Manager, Regional Manager, or in a similar senior leadership role, preferably within a fast-growing tech or healthcare company. Experience in a VC-funded company is desirable.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.Language Skills: Native in German and fluent in English is essential.Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.Industry Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and regulatory requirements.Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing market conditions.
