Your mission

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support company growth and defense contracts
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, FAR/DFARS, NATO procurement policies, and government funding regulations
• Develop cost control strategies and optimize financial structures for UAV production and SaaS monetization
• Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and risk assessments for large-scale defense projects
• Support fundraising, grant applications, and investor relations for venture-backed and government-funded initiatives
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and government affairs teams to structure pricing models and contract negotiations
• Lead M&A evaluations, joint ventures, and strategic financial partnerships in the defense sector
• Implement financial controls, audits, and ERP systems to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy

Your profile

• 7+ years experience in financial management, accounting, or investment strategy
• Expertise in defense procurement, cost-plus contracts, and compliance with government regulations
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
• Experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and cost optimization strategies
• Knowledge of tax planning, international financial structures, and export control regulations

• Background in aerospace, defense, or deep-tech financial management
• Experience in raising capital, venture funding, or government grant applications (DARPA, NATO, EU defense programs)
• Familiarity with dual-use technology funding and commercial expansion strategies
