Role Overview:
As the Head of Enterprise Data Partnerships, you will spearhead our efforts to build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships with key enterprise data providers. This is a leadership role that requires a blend of strategic vision, business acumen, and technical understanding to drive forward Yobi's overall data acquisition strategy. Diverse understanding of data privacy, policies, and typical enterprise data challenges will be key in working with the multiple constituents at F500 companies partnering with Yobi & Azure on their data monetization journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Own Data Acquisition Strategy:
Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with enterprise data providers, aggregators, and complementary technology platforms.
Develop a comprehensive data partnership strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth goals.
Negotiation and Relationship Management:
Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic partners to maximize collaboration and value creation.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging data solutions to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Collaborate with internal teams to assess market needs and integrate data partnerships that enhance product offerings.
Cross-Functional Deal Expertise:
Partner with Privacy & Compliance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless integration of data partnerships into the company’s platform.
Act as a bridge between external partners multiple stake-holders to align on goals and deliverables. Ultimately to drive the quickest path to data ingest.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure all data partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements, privacy standards, and ethical considerations.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any risks or challenges related to data usage.
Performance Monitoring:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships to measure impact and success.
Continuously evaluate and optimize partnerships to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in business development, data partnerships, or related roles, preferably within AdTech, AI, or SaaS industries.
Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise partnerships with measurable outcomes.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Deep understanding of data ecosystems, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and their implications for AdTech.
Technical fluency in data-driven platforms and AI/ML solutions.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
