1. Align delivery processes, practices, and objectives particularly as the company scales its operations.
   
2. Enhance project delivery consistency and quality by deploying the company’s project lifecycle management (PLM) framework, providing training and support to project managers.
   
3. Optimize resource planning and utilization by developing robust resource management capabilities focused on visibility and maximizing team utilization.
   
4. Increase visibility and control over the project portfolio through comprehensive tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
   
5. Lead and develop the project management team, providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
   
6. Assume the role of project executive on certain client projects as the senior representative on the delivery team.
   
7. Participate in the proposal development and review process ensuring a consistent, high-quality delivery approach.
   

Requirements

1. Extensive experience (15+ years) in technology project/program management and delivery leadership roles.
   
2. Understanding of agile and traditional project management methodologies and their application in a consulting environment focused on artificial intelligence, data, and analytics.
   
3. Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction in complex, large-scale enterprise projects.
   
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and process improvements.
   
5. Strong communication in English, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
   
6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business); advanced degree preferred.
