We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of AI Adoption / Chief AI Architect to lead our organization’s initiatives in cloud computing and artificial intelligence. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of both cloud infrastructure (public and private) and AI technologies. The successful candidate will drive strategic adoption, integration, and optimization of cloud and AI solutions to optimise technology productivity and support business goals and innovation.

Your Job will look like:

• Manage AI integration and deployment strategies for scalable AI-driven solution
• Oversee the implementation of AI-driven solutions, ensuring measurable business impact
• Leverage knowledge of cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure for AI deployments
• Apply CPMAI (Cognitive PM for AI) experience to manage AI projects effectively
• Lead the AI Hub organisation: setting strategic goals, identifying needs, leading the dialog with the organisation, ensuring progress, governance and communication across the company
• Provide direction and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in AI and cloud projects
• Act as a leader and mentor to develop cloud and AI competences in the organisation
• Educate and evangelize cloud and AI benefits and best practices within the organization
• Act as a key liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
• Present cloud and AI strategies, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders

What you will bring to us:

• Proven Experience in AI product development lifecycle
• Proven track record in successful implantation of AI-driven solutions
• Managing cloud cost controls experience
• Understanding of ML/DL, NLP, LLM, data science, model validation and testing as well as AI integration and deployment strategies o    Knowledge of cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure for AI 
• Hands on experience with setting up AI hybrid infrastructure, including good knowledge of the RAG architecture
• linux & programming skills and experience is an additional advantage
• Relevant certifications in AI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer) are a plus.
• CPMAI (Cognitive PM for AI) experience is an additional advantage.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• Ability to travel up to 30-50% as required
