About The Role

**This role is based out of NYC office.

As our first dedicated GTM Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our go-to-market functions. You’ll work closely with leadership, hiring managers, and the broader team to design and execute scalable recruiting processes. Startup and agency experience are required—we need someone who can operate with speed, creativity, and a strong understanding of high-growth hiring dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles, from sourcing to closing top-tier talent.
• Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Talent Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, create  job descriptions, and shape hiring strategies.
• Recruiting Coordination: Oversee scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS management to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of GTM talent for current and future needs.
• Data-Driven Hiring: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and efficiency.
• Employer Branding: Help position Actively as a top employer by refining our messaging and candidate experience.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and coordination, specifically for GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success).
• Agency & startup recruiting experience required – you thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and building high-quality pipelines.
• Strong experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a lean, growing company.

The base salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $125,000 - $155,000. This position is eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Actively AI's applicable plans. Actively AI offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: health, dental and vision insurance, retirement benefits, and unlimited PTO.
