About the Role:

Decagon is looking to hire our first GTM Recruiter who will be responsible for scaling our GTM function, (AEs, SDRs, Marketing, etc.) In this role you will partner closely with GTM Leadership and own the candidate funnel from end-to-end in building a world class GTM organization

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience hiring GTM or sales professionals in a talent dense organization

• Have operated in a FLC role where responsibilities have ranged from building top of funnel, screening and closing candidates

• Understand how to partner with GTM Leaders and Founders alike, influencing both searches and interview processes to arrive at the best hiring outcomes for the company

Even better if you:

• Have deep knowledge on the GTM market and an expansive network within it

• Understand how to use data to proactively unblock hiring efforts

• Have experience building teams in an AI or SaaS company
