In pursuit of this mission, our Go To Market (GTM) team is responsible for helping customers learn how to leverage and deploy our highly capable AI products across their business. The team is made of Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals that work together to create valuable solutions that will help bring AI to as many people as possible.

About the Role

The GTM Enablement Manager is a critical position that serves as the backbone of our revenue-generating units at OpenAI. This role is pivotal in empowering our GTM teams with the knowledge and tools needed to excel in a high-growth, dynamic environment. You will leverage your experience with complex technical products to create engaging and effective enablement content, build trust across diverse teams, and drive impactful change throughout the organization. In This Role, You Will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive enablement content, including training decks, eLearning modules, and sales playbooks.

  • Support and scale enablement initiatives across teams and product lines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Quickly master complex technical products and translate them into accessible training for sales and customer-facing teams.

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

  • Serve as a dynamic, engaging presence in training sessions, workshops, and other enablement activities.
