In pursuit of our mission, our Go To Market (GTM) team is responsible for helping customers learn how to leverage and deploy our highly capable AI products across their business. The team is made of Sales, Solutions,, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals that work together to create valuable solutions that will help bring AI to as many users as possible.
About the Role
We are seeking a GTM Enablement Lead who will be a key player in localizing and implementing our existing foundational processes and programs to empower our team in Japan to achieve our mission.
You will adapt and implement existing programs to accelerate the onboarding of newly hired reps, support customer-facing roles to achieve and exceed goals, and elevate the skills of our senior team members. Working cross-functionally with researchers, solution strategists, sellers, marketing, and leadership, you will tailor enablement programs and collateral to incorporate specific Japan market nuances, helping to accelerate the success of our customers and organization in Japan.
This role is based in Tokyo, Japan. We offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with HQ to adapt and implement our sales enablement strategy in Japan, identifying local obstacles and gaps, and prioritizing initiatives that support our GTM teams in achieving and exceeding goals in the Japanese market.
Partner closely with leadership and the Revenue Operations team to localize and implement the end-to-end internal sales process and customize playbooks to enable the team in Japan.
Adapt and deliver foundational programs for new hires in the Go To Market organization, ensuring they become experts in our product offerings and business model to best serve our customers in Japan.
Work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to translate and localize internal and external collateral, ensuring it supports the GTM team in effectively selling to and serving our Japanese customers.
Manage and maintain a localized repository of information and collateral that GTM team members in Japan need to be effective in their roles.
Coordinate the Sales and Customer Success training calendar in Japan and deliver trainings, including new process roll-outs, product launches, and other programs to enhance the team’s effectiveness in their roles.

The ability to operate with high horsepower, adept at frequent context switching, and managing multiple projects at once with expansive ownership and ruthless prioritization.
