About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and sharp GTM Business Architect to lead the strategic design and execution of our segmentation-focused GTM framework. Reporting to the CEO, the GTM Business Architect will drive growth and efficiency in a technical role responsible for designing and implementing the systems and processes that enable StyleAI to effectively bring its products or services to market, including defining the technology stack, integrating sales, marketing, and customer support systems, and optimizing workflows to maximize sales efficiency across the entire go-to-market strategy; essentially, they would architect the technical infrastructure to support a smooth product launch and sales process. As the first hire of it’s kind, the perfect candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing valuable insights, driving operational efficiency, and developing innovative solutions to maximize revenue and improve collaboration across teams.
This role demands a forward-thinking leader capable of combining strategic vision, operational proficiency, and a data-driven mindset to design scalable strategies that promote organizational success.
This role is based in San Francisco. It is a fully in-person position in our office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Setting up and configuring tools that empower sales teams with information and capabilities to effectively engage with prospects
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Lead and manage all aspects of performance marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Analyze data and user insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Identifying and streamlining key GTM processes, such as lead generation, qualification, opportunity management, and closing deals.
Working closely with business and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
Setting up and configuring tools that empower sales teams with information and capabilities to effectively engage with prospects
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, statistics, economics, or a related technical field, or an equivalent 1-3 years of applied experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Strong grasp of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the GTM strategy.
Understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Compensation:
The expected range of compensation for this role is between $110,000 and $250,000. Additionally, this role will participate in our equity plan. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at StyleAI and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors such as scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience and qualifications, and onboarding.
